One Stop People Solutions exists to make purpose-driven work easier on both sides: for the licensed medical providers who deliver C&P evaluation work, and for the organizations that depend on strong people leadership to grow.

The short version

What we do, and how it works

We are a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) and a strategic professional-services and consulting firm operating under NAICS 541612. We do two core things, and we do them deliberately.

We provide VA subcontracting support and independent medical contractor coordination. Through federal subcontractor partners, we coordinate qualified licensed providers for 1099 C&P evaluation work that helps veterans access the benefits and care they've earned. Providers keep their autonomy; we carry the coordination.

We provide Fractional HR Leadership. Organizations that need senior HR judgment, but not a full-time executive, bring us in to lead strategy, structure, compliance, and growth.

Around those two lines, we support the broader work organizations actually need: business consulting, HR consulting, leadership training, and veteran-aligned support.
