Flexible, transparent, accountable
Every engagement is built on clear deliverables, consistent communication, and a structure you can predict. We offer two straightforward models, and we'll recommend the one that fits how you actually need to work:
- Retainer-based. A monthly retainer secures ongoing access to senior HR leadership and advisory support. Work performed is billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate. You get dependable, leadership-level coverage with clear, transparent billing.
- Monthly engagement with a weekly hours commitment. There is a monthly fee based on an agreed weekly hours commitment. If support goes beyond the agreed weekly commitment, additional time is billed at the established hourly rate, so the scope stays predictable and any extra work is tracked transparently.
